There were a couple more forms that needed to be filled out for the vending license application. These forms include information on how food to be served would be prepped, information about the location including sanitation methods and equipment used, features of the facilities (hot water tank sizes), pest control, and methods for maintaining proper food temperatures. I had to gather the information from various departments on campus. I attend a suicide prevention training meeting with the rest of the athletic department.
